We provide a one-time exchange for the same item with a different size. All exchanges will be sent back out free of charge!
In the event whereby the requested size you want to exchange is not available, you will be automatically issued a refund instead.
If you wish to have a different item or colour, you'll need to make a return for a refund and place a new order.
All refunds will be made via the same method of payment as the original order.
Once we have received your return package, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process your returns.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 7-14 business days to credit the refund to your account.
For International orders, you can still return your item(s) within 14 days, from when your package is received.
Please note that all international orders are only eligible for refunds.

Return shipping costs, along with any custom duties, taxes or import charges are non-refundable. The returned item(s) are your responsibility until they reach us here, hence please ensure that they are packed properly so they won't get damaged along the way. We recommend you use a reliable postal service provider (e.g. your national postal service, FedEx, DHL) with a tracked service. Also, please retain any shipping proof incase there are any issues with the post.
Note that all returned item(s) must be in new condition with tags attached, and in original BREVAE packaging.
Item(s) purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for returns.
Any item(s) that do not comply to our return requirements may be rejected and returned back to you.
